A project with a clear impact on the urban regeneration of Benfica, leaving a lasting impression on all who see it. Now this partnership is revived for the development of Garridas 1867. With their participation in creating the concept for the facade and in the architectural project as a whole, the experience and know-how of Margarida Caldeira and her team play an essential role in yet another Teixeira Duarte project in the Benfica neighborhood.
